Usage:
- Protection of all kinds of machines, electrical equipment, windows and aquatic product breeding
- Widely used in all types of filtration applications
- Used with concrete in construction, equipment maintenance, arts & crafts, and as premium speaker grille
- Thicker mesh (aperture > ½") used for partitioning, security covers, road & railway fencing, civil & water conservancy projects
- Heavy expanded metal used as step mesh for oil tanks, working platforms, corridors & walkways for heavy equipment, boilers, petroleum & mine wells, vehicles and ships
- Also used as reinforcing bar in construction, highways, railways and bridges

- Style Dimension – Nominal dimension Short Way of Design (SWD)
- Design Size – Actual dimension SWD and LWD (measured point to corresponding point)
- SWO & LWO – Short Way of Opening and Long Way of Opening
- Strands – The sides of the expanded metal design
- Strand Thickness – Thickness/Gauge of the metal expanded
