PARSH NATH MANUFACTURERS PVT LTD weaves spring steel wire mesh in-house in Delhi and sells it under the SNAKE® Brand. We use spring steel mainly for heavy-duty vibrating screens, crimped wire mesh and wire mesh conveyor belts, and as the core wire of our concertina coils.

Spring steel is one of the materials we weave to order, so the exact opening, wire size and width are decided by your job. This page shows where it is used and what to send us when you ask for a quote.

Why Spring Steel?

Spring steel is a strong steel that returns to its shape after bending. That makes it a good choice where a mesh is shaken, loaded or flexed all day, such as screens that sort crushed stone, or belts that carry products through heat. When the work is lighter, a galvanized or stainless steel mesh can be a better fit, and we make those as well.

Spring Steel Vibrating Screens

Our heavy-duty screens are built for scalping, sizing and handling abrasive material such as ores, crushed stone, sand, gravel, minerals and coal slag. Openings run from 5 mm to 100 mm, wire from 1 mm to 10 mm, widths from 1 to 7 feet and continuous lengths up to 105 feet. They are also made in mild steel, galvanized iron and stainless steel. Spring Steel Crimped Wire Mesh

Crimped mesh is made by first forming each wire in precision dies and then assembling the wires on a loom, so they lock firmly at every crossing. The openings stay accurate and the weave is tighter than plain weave, which is why it is preferred for vibrating screens. Openings run from 1 mm to 100 mm and wire from 24 SWG (0.54 mm) to 5 SWG (5.39 mm), in widths of 1 to 7 feet. Belts and Coils

Our wire mesh conveyor belts are made in spring steel, galvanized iron and stainless steel in sizes to suit your line. The core of our razor-edge concertina coils is also spring steel, and finer spring steel cloth can be woven as square mesh wire cloth.

What to Send When You Order

To supply the exact screen, tell us five things: the width (overall, outside to outside of the hooks), the length, the opening between wires, the wire size and material, and the edge preparation you need.
