PARSH NATH MANUFACTURERS PVT LTD makes woven stainless steel mesh in-house in Delhi and sells it under the SNAKE® Brand. We weave it in SS 304, 316 and other grades, with openings from 1 micron to 2600 micron, and every stainless steel lot is supplied with a test certificate.

Stainless steel mesh, also called stainless steel wire cloth, is made by weaving fine stainless wire into a uniform grid. The size of the openings and the thickness of the wire decide how it behaves. Depending on that balance, the cloth can be fine and flexible, or stiff enough to feel like a steel plate.

Because it is stainless, it resists rust and holds its shape in water, heat and many chemicals, which is why it is used for filtering, screening and protecting equipment.

SS 304 is the most commonly used grade. It has good corrosion resistance, forms and welds well, and suits food, kitchen, water and architectural work.

SS 316 contains molybdenum, which gives it higher resistance to marine air, paper-pulp processing and corrosive industrial atmospheres. Choose it where chlorides or harsher chemicals are involved.

SS 430 and 410 cost less and work where conditions are milder, such as air, fresh water and heat. We also weave other grades, including 202, on request. For full chemical composition, see our SS grade chemical table and the typical applications by grade.

Our mesh goes into filtration and separation, reinforcement, ventilation, vibrating screens, screen printing, speaker grills, plastic extrusion, battery manufacturing, optical lens manufacturing, catalyst and metal recovery, spark protection, security screens and radio or microwave screening, among other jobs.

Share the grade, the opening size or mesh count, the wire diameter, the weave, the roll width and the quantity. Which stainless steel grades do you supply?

SS 304 and 316 are the most requested. We also weave grades such as 410, 430 and 202, and other metals including mild steel, galvanized iron, brass and copper.

What is the finest and coarsest opening available?

From 1 micron up to 2600 micron.

Is a test certificate provided?

Yes. All stainless steel material is supplied with a test certificate.
